WebbyBoyStudios – Pricing Policy

Over the last few years we have been watching an increasing promotion of Subscription Based pricing models products. We have found this to be an unfair situation for the people who use products downloaded from the various stores. These items are pushed and promoted by the platform hosting company to ensure continual profits, and for the most part these rarely used applications should never be part of a subscription.

From January 2026 WebbyBoy Studios has returned to its FREE software policy for Android specific Apps, and a “Pay what it’s worth” structure for Android based games. Furthermore we intend to ensure that our free products do not use intrusive or ‘click before use’ advertising, which renders products as almost unusable.

PC Games and Apps will have a similar policy, with the exception of products bought from markets such as Steam, where any pricing will be clearly defined before purchase.
